Yes, but only with your handphone; professional cameras and recording devices are not allowed.

What items am I not allowed to bring?

Prohibited items include cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, selfie-sticks, tripods, outside food & drinks, professional cameras, recording devices, drones, air horns, towels, umbrellas, fireworks & explosives, sharp objects, laser pointers, walkie-talkies, drugs, and other illegal substances.

Will lockers be provided during the concert/event?

Am I allowed to resell my purchased tickets?

The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.

How do I purchase concert merchandise?

Go to the Concert page and proceed to click on your selected concert’s merchandise section (if any is provided, as merchandise availability is subject to each concert).

How can I redeem or collect my merchandise?

No, all merchandise purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
